The Good Volcano!

Looking for a unique shopping experience :)? On the outskirts of Naples, Italy very close to the Mt. Vesuvius near the city of Nola, you will find 'Vulcano Buono' (The Good Volcano).  It is a commercial complex that was built to resemble the Mt. Vesuvius volcano (aka The Bad Volcano) which destroyed Pompeii in 79 AD and continues to be quite active and considered one of the most dangerous in the world. The Vulcano Buono is quite safe and hosts markets, movie theaters, a hotel, a mall full of shops and various bars and restaurants.  The center area is used for open air concerts.  The exterior grassy green slopes is covered with thousand of plants providing natural insulation.   The parking lots has enough spots for 7000 cars.  I'm not a big shopping mall girl,  but it's nice to see something 'different' out there!
