This is the Shweeb found only at Agroventure, an amusement park located in Rotorua, New Zealand. It is an innovative form of alternative transportation that places people in plastic tubes so that they can cycle to their destination while being hung by a monorail. For some, it may sound uncomfortable and tiring, but apparently Google feels otherwise. Googles believes this form of transportation has potential and has invested 1.05 million dollars into the sheme. Riders can actually reach speeds of 50 miles per hour safely. On the ride, guests can race their pals and even race the clock to break a speed record and win $1,000 US dollars. Kids are welcome to join in on the fun (over age 5). I'm not sure what to think about this being a future form of public transportation, but who knows. What are your thoughts?
