Swim with Penguins.. Really :)

Apparently there is  just about the only place you can actually swim with penguins.. without freezing.  This place would be Boulders Beach in Table Mountain National Park, South Africa.  The Boulders is a series of secluded beaches and coves near the town of Simonstown.  To protect the colony, a wooden boardwalk has been built for viewing around the perimeter, but Foxy beach is one place in which you can get up close and personal.
Boulders Penguin Colony is home to these  unique and endangered land-based colony of African Penguins. This colony is one of only a few in the world, and the site has become famous and a popular international tourist destination. There are guided tours and various hikes to enjoy.  It is a safe sheltered beach from winds, waves and currents.  This is definitely one for the bucket list..  African Penguins!
