Luoping County, China is located in Qujing Prefecture, Yunnan, China. The area is well known for it's natural beauty. In the spring, fields of canola flowers (also known as rapeseed) are in full bloom. They blooms surround the area's below the mountains with golden flowers. It almost appears as if it is an ocean of gold. The area attracts many tourists and photographers. The bloom last until about late June every year. There are plenty of buses leaving from Kumming's bus station about every hour. You can find a hotel in just about any range.
