Legal Weed Farms

Marijuana is illegal in the USA to buy, sell or cultivate.  In 1970,  the Substance Act classified MJ as a schedule 1 drug claiming it has a high potential for abuse and has NO acceptable medical uses. August of 2013,  the US government reported they would no longer pursue MJ offenses taken place in states that have legalized small consumption and possession of MJ.  Less than 1/2 of the states allow for medical MJ  (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Illnois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Neveda, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.  Each of these states has it's own farming laws :). MJ is a MEDICAL treatment option and SAVES LIVES. Currently studies are underway to research the effects of MJ on children with Dravet's Syndrome and other severe forms of epilepsy.   These children are showing a DRAMATIC decline in seizure activity, ultimately saving their lives.  The plants are modified not to effect the child's cognition by feeling "high".  Charlottes Weed is a great example.  All states need to consider life saving use of MJ in which other forms of medications are not successful.. at the least.
